I offer a 30 minute free consultation and that allows plenty of time to establish whether I will be the best person to help the client and whether the client feels comfortable working with me. Both are essential for success.

I charge £25 for a 30 minute session and £45 for an hour session. The one off smoking cessation therapy price is £70 as this takes a minimum of 90 mins to complete.

I’m fortunate to work from home so I have the advantage of offering weekend and evening appointments should taking time off work be a problem.
